Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day return window and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
