• Free shipping on orders of $50 AUD or more.
• $6.95 flat rate for orders under $50 AUD.

Delivery timesOrders are delivered within the timeframe shown at checkout when you purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.

Order issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the stated window, or arrives damaged, email hello@dayblind.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
