Shipping within Australia
Every order ships free, tracked, Australia-wide. Two options at checkout:
- Standard — free, average 12 business days
- Express — A$18.95, average 6 business days
Delivery times
Averages are business days from dispatch; the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
Order issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the stated window, or arrives damaged, email hello@dayblind.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, your call. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
