Refund policy

30-day returns

If the Day Sleep Kit or any DAYBLIND product isn't doing its job, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund.

How it works

• Email hello@dayblind.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
• Once we receive the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

Conditions

• The 30-day window starts on the day your order is delivered.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• For hygiene reasons, earplugs can only be returned unused in their sealed packaging unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not matching its description, contact us and we'll replace or refund it, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that products are of acceptable quality and match their description.
